To further enhance understanding, the course equips participants with a comprehensive idea of the multifaceted and ever-evolving challenges of this role.
The curriculum encompasses the art of crafting an effective player wellbeing and development strategy. Through a mix of theoretical insights and practical applications. Participants look at how to strategise, plan and implement initiatives that cater to the specific needs of athletes.

Structured around two 3-hour live (online) workshops.
Designed to be interactive, practical and supported by an interactive online portal. At the end of the course, participants will have the opportunity for an additional fee to complete a Masters Level assessment that will be assessed by La Trobe University and will give them 1 Unit Credit in the Masters of Sports Management at La Trobe University.
