Currently, Josh McCahon stands as the Head of Player Wellbeing and Development at the Hawthorn Football Club.
In this vital position, he manages the extensive AFL and AFLW programs, exerting a wide-reaching impact on player development. This encompasses their wellbeing, off-field progress, and their transition support. While also nurturing strong bonds with players’ families and partners.

Josh is set to present the new Professional Certificate in Player Wellbeing and Development.
