MEET BRAD LLOYD, A SEASONED PROFESSIONAL WITH AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND IN THE AFL INDUSTRY, BOASTS A CAREER THAT SPANS PIVOTAL ROLES AND DECADES OF EXPERIENCE.


His journey began as a player at Hawthorn Football Club, from 1997 to 1999, and he later served as the captain of VFL club Williamstown from 2002 to 2006, achieving a premiership in 2003.

From 2001, Brad transitioned from the field, excelling as an AFL player agent. Where he managed playing contracts and marketing ESP AFL clients.

A new chapter unfolded in 2008 as he joined the Fremantle Football Club. Initially, he was the National Recruiting Manager, responsible for the club’s National, Preseason and Rookie drafts. By the end of 2008, he was appointed to the position of General Manager of List Management. In this capacity, he oversaw player contracting, retention, and acquisition. While also directing the club’s national recruiting efforts and drafting processes.

Today, Brad’s role as General Manager of Football at the Carlton Football Club. Where his wealth of experience and strategic insights continue to shape the future of the game.

Brad’s valuable experience is a testament to his passion for the sport. Both on and off the field, making him a respected authority in the world of AFL.
