The “promoter” is AFL SportsReady
Promotion Period:The Enrol to Win promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for courses conducted in March, April, and May.
Eligibility:The Promotion is open to Australian residents only.Participants must be enrolled and have completed payment before the cut-off date of each respective course to be eligible for entry into the draw.Each course must meet a minimum enrolment threshold for the course to proceed.
Prize:Participants can win a Sherrin KB game ball with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $209.
Enrolment Criteria:To be eligible for the draw, participants must enrol in the course at least one week before the course start date.
Draw and Winner Announcement: The winner will be selected randomly at the end of May 2024.The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during enrollment within seven (7) days of the draw.
Prize Coverage: AFL SportsReady will cover the prize cost and shipping to the winner’s nominated postal address (within Australia).
Age Requirement: Participants must be aged 18 or older on the day of the course.
Ineligibility: Employees of AFL SportsReady are not eligible to win.
Multiple Course Entries: If a participant enrols in all courses over this period, it counts as one entry per course enrolment.
Personal Information: AFL SportsReady will collect personal information for course enrolment and future course promotion.Participants can opt out of newsletter updates at any time.
Winner Contact and Redraw: AFL SportsReady will aim to contact the winner within the first 24 hours of drawing.If the winner doesn’t respond after 3 days, a redraw will occur randomly to select a new winner.
General Terms: The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.The promoter’s decision on all matters related to the Promotion is final and binding.The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
